I already talked to Jared because there some parts on the door the mechanics didn't paint. I don't understand how they missed that and the door wasn't like that before the accident. That bothers me. I'm going to take the car back there.

Jarrod Faggart communicated effectively in the process of repairs. He gave approximate dates on when my car was to be expected and answered all the questions I had. Staff was friendly and helpful during the initial visit. Vehicle came back wonderful. All repairs were made and done beautifully.

Every one was very courteous and friendly. I was promptly greeted and Deanna was exceptional in making sure I knew what was occurring at every step. I was promptly called when my car was ready and the Enterprise rep was super efficient and helpful as well when I pulled rental car up. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience!

The repair progressed exactly as outlined when I dropped off my car, with no surprises. I received regular updates regarding the job and cost. And I can't say enough good things about Jerod. He was always responsive to my calls and was wonderful to work with. He made it seem like my car was the only one he had to think about. When I picked up my car, it looked phenomenal! Thank you all for exceeding my expectations!
