Everything was great except the fact that I dropped my car off with a quarter or so tank of gas and when I picked it up it was on e and the low fuel had came on so I didn’t know how far I could even make it without running out of gas. Thankfully there’s a gas station 2 minutes from the shop. The customer service was great the length of time was good and the rental process was great. Will use Hendricks again if I need to.

Jared Faggart was great and we're pleased with the quality of the work but thise women that work the front desk need to learn some basic customer service skills. They are just rude. We never went in there once that they actually acknowledged our presence. I stood there right in front of her one day for a good 10 minutes before she ever looked up from her pc or said a word. Just rude!!

Overall, the experience was good but communication was somewhat confusing. The actual people at the collision center were very competent and informative. They called and provided consistent updates. However, I kept getting computer generated texts that were completely off base. In fact, on Thursday, I received a text indicating The car would be available on the following Tuesday at 9:30 AM. Around noon, I received a call indicating the car repairs had been completed and the car was ready to pick up.
