Well first of all they just fix the rear bumber when the finder was scraped during the accident but they didn't repair or touch up the finder that was damaged from accident

I took my car in to get the driver side quarter panel and rear bumper repaired. This was the only damage on the car. Everything each in the car is in very good condition. Once my car was ready I went to go pick it up. During the walk around I hold 2 very noticeable areas that had a lot of over spray. This issue was fixed on the spot. I then pointed out another issue which was that the rear bumper didn't sit correctly on the passenger side. I pointed it out and I was told that it could be fixed but I would have to pay for that fix out of pocket since that side wasn't effected in the incident. When I took the car in the rear bumper on the passenger side sat flush with the car so this issue of the bumper no longer sitting flush had to be caused during the repair of the car. I believe I shouldn't have to pay 200 for something that was wrong one my car before turning it in for repair.

Was told that my hood would be centered and headlamp assy straightened. Was not done. Still have condensate on inside of headlamp. Other than that, all was ok. Sure somethings were not addressed and I only want to be told why! This did upset me, I have had another repair a year ago and I was promised that an issue would be addressed. It was not. So this is 2nd time I have had promises broken. The work that was done is first rate, Thank you for your professionalism and expertise.

I see alot of things wrong paint running and also air coming thru driver die when I'm driving things in the drivers door I will bring back for sure to be fixed and yall will pay for rental
