Robert provided very great customer service. I needed my car on Wednesday and Robert promised he could fix my car before that. The car was fixed on Tuesday afternoon, and I was running late to pick it. Robert said it'll be fine, and the lady in reception was waiting for me even I'm late for almost 15 to 20 minutes. It was great experience.
