When I picked up my truck the check engine light was on. When I dropped the vehicle off, there was no caution lights illuminated. I had to comment about it and explain that it was not on before the work was performed. The service rep then took the vehicle back to the maintenance bay and had the the code scanned and then reset the code. I feel that that should have been performed without me having to ask.

Simeon, kept me up to date on the progress and the repairs to my vehicle. He made sure I was aware of the completion date. He even picked me up when I was dropped off in the wrong part of the dealership which I am Very great full for because it was 105 degrees that day . However your other employee told me to walk down to the body shop. While I was waiting outside one of your other staff members did chech on me to see if I needed any assistance which I appreciated . This was my first Ford vehicle and my first accident, I truly appreciate the time and care that was given to me to walk me through this experience .
