Everyone at OKC Auto Works was absolutely amazing! I have no complaints. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. Dave was there to walk me through the whole process and made sure my vehicle was finished correctly. The work seems food so far. We have had work done on mechanical end and it's been phenomenal but this time our repair guy Dave didnt communicate well. He was never available only occasionally returned my calls and didnt call me back reguarding pick up date as promised. Thankfully my husband drove car home. Sitting in your parking lot waiting to pull out almost had the whole front end tore right back off by another employee of yours that was pulling a large trailer. He honked and yelled tying to get his attention and was ignored thankfully he was able to pop it in reverse just an inch shy of being hit!! Totally unacceptable. Definitely worst experience we have had super disappointed. The one good thing I can say about the entire ordeal is that the front desk ladies were friendly and helpful as always! Wont have collision work done here again...undecided about mechanical.?

My car was stated completed last month. I’ve attempted to pick up my vehicle twice this month. Both times the car still having multiple issues. My first red flag should have been the left over compound. The rear bumper had paint inperfections, a dent still on rear bumper. Also the rear bumper was sagging down leaving a gap. One fog light was missing the protective cover. They replaced one damaged wheel and tire but left me with one wheel and tire still damaged. The car was dirty upon pick up. Other small scratches are on the body. This is a brand new 2018 car with under 3,500 miles that has always been garage kept. We have already paid over $17,**** dollars and still without a good condition vehicle.

Key was pried open by an OKC Auto Works employee and there are obvious pry marks around the battery (can reasonably assume employee tried to replace battery). Steve claims the battery is corroded but there are no signs of corrosion around the battery (I can provide pictures of key circuitboard and battery if needed). I was never informed ahead of time about the keyless entry functions suddenly not working and Steve casually mentioned it during inspection as if it weren't a big deal. Rather than troubleshoot the keyless entry not working after having the car's battery unhooked and lock system worked on, employee(s) decided to open up and tamper with the key's battery. Per BMW, the key just needed to be re-sync'd to the car since the battery had been unhooked for an extended period and lock system replaced. It doesn't pass the smell test that an OKC Auto Works employee(s) re-assembled the car, drove it down to the BMW dealer, had the window re-programmed, and the key didn't stop working until I showed up to pick the car up. Surely at some point during the repair and quality inspection prior to calling me, the key was discovered to be non-functioning and troubleshooting should have started then. I can reasonably believe and feel that I was given the run-around and not treated in good-faith by Steve regarding what was going on with the key.
Also, drivers window was re-tinted and there are numerous bubbles, trash, and "fingers" on the window and window tint. So the window tint needs to be redone immediately. I would feel more comfortable if I am able to give input as to who will redo the window tint.
Additionally, there is a large amount of wind noise on the drivers side now, which I assume is from a poorly aligned window when it was reinstalled. There is not a frame around the window since it is a convertible.
This is the fourth time I've used you for bodywork/insurance repairs (1st - car hit in on street, 2nd - car hit in parking lot, 3rd - repaint front half and install factory "aero-kit", 4th - car hit in hit-and-run). This is the only time I've had this much issue and rework needed after picking up the car. I was very satisfied all of the previous times I had my car worked on by OKC Auto Works. I had intended on bringing it in to have the front bumper repainted to prep the car for sale, but I'm no longer confident in the service and work that I may receive if I were to ever bring my car in again.

Steve and the OKC Auto Works group did an excellent job. I always felt that they communicated clearly and thoroughly. I never felt rushed. My questions were always addressed. Steve walked me through the appraisal of damage. He explained the insurance process. I was given a written estimate. I was also given time to decide what I wanted to do as far as the repair- my car had a door dent not related to the accident. Steve gave me a separate quote for that too. My repair was done ahead of schedule and looks great! Steve walked me back to my car and let me see the repair and made sure I didn’t have any other questions. I highly recommend OKC Auto Works. In face I shared a shuttle after returning my rental car; the other passenger asked me about OKC Auto Works and I told the driver and passenger how great you all were. Thanks for making an awful situation better!
