Recently had insurance work done on our 2014 BMW X3 to repair numerous key scratches in the body and headlamp. Car was dirty when dropped off (just returned from a road trip) however after pickup noticed two very small scratches remained on driver side front bumper. Insurance adjuster claimed they were not part of damage, however the bumper was perfect before the vandalism damage. I do not understand why these two small scratches could not be repaired in light of the amount of other scratches repaired. This is troubling given the bumper had to be removed for the headlamp lens replacement and the possibility that it may have been scratched during the repair work. The two scratches are less than two centimeters in length each, and are very near one of the scratch marks and scratched headlamp lens. We did not hit any road debris (as theorized by the insurance adjustor). Given the cost of the work (over 3,000), I do not understand why these two small scratches could not be simply taken care of on my wife's treasured anniversary and birthday gift. I also intend on filing a not too complimentary review to GEICO. Aaron M
