I pick the car up and dropped the rental off at enterprise. Right after I left enterprise the AC started blowing warm air. A few minutes later the car overheated. I had my wife run back to enterprise to try to get the rental back while I waited for the car to cool down so I could creep it back to Abra before it closed at noon. I made it back to Abra in time with my wife calling me stating that we had to work through our insurance to open a new claim. Jaylin (I believe that’s his name) was totally professional and helped me out with the rental. He talked to USAA for me and gave me a ride back to enterprise right when closed the doors to the shop. He worked things out with enterprise so we could get the car back. I appreciate what he did for me and my family and I know I will always recommend Abra because of how he represented the shop. I hope you guys find out what happened and I hope it wasn’t because of now fluid.

Some of the text message updates seemed to be auto generated and not necessarily related to my visit. Service and workmanship were excellent!

It was mostly good except it took a little longer than expected. Also the automated texts were not very informative. Work seems to be well done.

Excellent job repairing the damage. Truck looks great. Staff are very professional and always helpful. One area that would enhance excellent customer service would be keeping the customer updated on changes that effect delivery date. If additional damage is discovered a little more detail is helpful. Text messages that provided more detail would work well to provide this information to the customer. This is just a minor suggestion and you do not need to call me. Thanks again for the great work.
