My car was involved in an accident on an extremely hot day. We had the air conditioning cranking. Car was repaired and air conditioning no longer works. The claim is the additional parts are broken via normal wear and tear. The problem is it worked before the accident and now it doesn't. The point of the repair was to return to car to the same working condition it was in. It was not returned that way.
