The repairs appear to have been done well, the car looks good and is running great, which I am grateful for. Travis made sure every issue that arose was, eventually, handled.
Unfortunately, during the repair process Moody's lost my key fob and there were challenges addressing this. I needed to deliver my extra key fob to Moody's to make new ones; this process was day-to-day and took many days to complete. Also, my insurance adjuster had not been notified by Moody's of what was happening during this time, which had the potential of affecting the coverage for my rental vehicle, though in the end it did not.
Once that was resolved, I was told the car was ready for pickup on 6/13/22 (initially I was told it would be ready by 6/2/22). When I showed up to retrieve it, however, sensor warnings were lit and would not turn off. It was determined that it would need to go through another process of review and ****.5 hours of my time was wasted, as well as gas cost to travel back-and-forth. It was found that more work needed to be done (the fuel pump needed to be replaced). I was told this additional work would be covered (by Travis), then I received a call from someone else at Moody's and was told that it would NOT be covered. Finally, Travis contacted me to confirm that it would be covered and he did not understand why the other person contacted me to tell me it would not.
On 6/22/22, when I was notified the work was completed, I went to pick up the car. The back seat had been removed to complete the repair and had not been re-inserted properly. I alerted Travis, and it was taken care of by the staff.
I brought the car in on 5/31/22, was told it would take 3 days to repair, and it ended up taking 23 days. Thankfully, the costs for everything, including the rental vehicle, were covered by either my insurance or Moody's.
