I was not happy that the repair took liner than stated. The rental car costs me more and i had to return the rental before my car was done as we had vacation plans. I told Lonnie that i needed my car by the date promised 07/27 as we were leaving 07/28.i called several times on the 27th without a return call until late afternoon stating the cat would not be ready until Monday 07/30.i was given a cheaper quote with a 5 day promise on the repair from another collision place but I went with Fogle because our mechanic recommended them. I dropped the car off on Wed, 07/26. The update texts from Fogle said they were on target for the 07/27.The extra costs for extending the rental car and the inconvenience of not having my car for vacation contributed to the unsatisfactory rating. I am pleased with the completed work on the car.

I have spoken with Alonso and he said bring the car back for it to be corrected. The paint job and repairs were great. My wife notice that her trunk wasn’t completely put back together nice and tight. Some of the plastic fasteners that were popped off was not replace. The car has never been in a wreck before and the trunk was fully intact.
Also I understand we have to keep up with technology and it’s easier to text or email the customer. But I think when you are repairing a customer vehicle. Verbal communication is best. It gives the customer a sense of satisfaction that you are taking care of their investment. I didn’t realize that the text option would be very generic and no details was given. Overall in person the staff was great and very friendly.

Here are the facts....
I had an appointment for my car on July 5,2018 at 8:30am. You did NOT submit the estimate to USAA until July 12, 2018. That is 7 days later and Unacceptable!
The estimate you submitted to have my car fixed was for 5 days.
I received a phone call from Enterprise on July 17, 2018 stating that USAA stopped paying for my rental. I called you and you told me that you will take care of it. On July 17, 2018 at 2:23pm you texted me this
THE RENTAL ISSUE HAS BEEN HANDLED
I called you to confirm this because USAA had told me it wasn't. You said "Mrs. Odom I wouldn't lie to you". You also stated that you got it extended until Friday July 20, 2018. And my car would be ready for pick up so I kept the rental.
On July 20, 2018 Enterprise charged my credit card $300.
My husband called you to speak with you and you told him you would handle it and my car would be ready that Friday.
You called my husband back letting him know that my car won't be ready until Monday July 23, 2018 in the evening.
I returned the rental car Friday July 20, 2018 and paid $279.18. I was then without a vehicle and no way to get to work on the following Monday.
I sent you a text telling you how unhappy I was with a copy of the invoice. NO REPLY.
Monday the 23rd you called my husband and said that Enterprise will be crediting my credit card for the $279.18 and my car was ready.
Once again you LIED!!!!!
My husband went by Enterprise and they stated they couldn't credit back on a closed ticket.
My husband told you that we will not pick up the car until we have proof of the credit or have it in writing, or take $250 off of the bill leaving me a balance of $250.
It's now Tuesday July 24th, 20 days later.
Your area supervisor said he would put it in writing and come pick up my car. We did so you charged me $250 and wrote that you would also have Enterprise credit me and charge Fogle Collision for 5 days of the rental car.
I was now willing to put this behind me and move on since it appeared Fogle was trying to right your wrong.
Then you call my husband the following day saying that I owe you another $250!
You also LIED once again and told my husband that my original deductible was $250 but because it was my fault that I hit a pole USAA changed it to $500.
There is something seriously wrong with you to continue to make up lies. I have been with USAA since 1989. I'm 55 years old and are very aware that I choose my own deductible!!!!
I'm completely insulted by your treatment of me as customer!
I will be placing this review every place I can! I'm not stupid, I'm sure that you have also lied about this situation to your managers and/or supervisors! They need to know how you treat your customers.

This is the second time I have used Fogle and yet again everything came out great! I really appreciate the attention to detail that the team puts into there work. Robert always kept me up to date on the processes from start to finish and made sure my truck was as perfect as possible when I came to pick it up. I plan to come back to Fogle anytime I have a issue cosmetically with any of my vehicles!
