Everyone was FANTASTIC!! From the minute we walked in the front door for our estimate to the minute we got in our car to leave, we were treated like family! Absolutely the BEST experience EVER! Thank you to the entire team! The car looks FANTASTIC and we were put at complete ease through a scary time. We will be recommending Fogle to EVERYONE!

Im really disappointed of Fogle service, for trying to install used parts on a safety item like a bumper and second repair a bumper cover really? if i was a walk in customer i bet you would sell me everything new and not try to save any money i can tell you for sure i will never use your shop ever again neither a member of my family or friends you really burn the trust of the Katy community because i will not rest until everyone knows what kind of poor service you offer

the repairs were beatifully done and the people were very friendly.<br>

the only critique i have is that i was sent way to many repair completion date changes. for about the span of 3 days, i was informed that the repairs were completed, then later that same day i was told the date changed to tomorrow. i'm fine with the date changes, but the constant back and forth was annoying. i would have rather been given one sightly longer time estimete (e.g. The repair completion date has now been changed, your vehicle will now be ready within ****-3 days) this would have been better than having the date changed each day, in my opinion.

Alfonso did a fantastic job of getting our car repaired quickly. He also did a great job of keeping us updated on the progress. We have had work done at Bill Fogle at least a half dozen times (3 times in the last 13 months), and we will be back the next time we need paint and body work.

Alonzo and the Bill Fogle staff have done a great job on my car. Most importantly Alonzo worked with me and kept me in the loop on the details of getting my car work done so that I always knew the time period in which it would be complete, even though we had set backs I was at least enformed. I really appreciate all of the time and patience Alonzo had and the time he took on a personal level to ensure I was satisfied with the work he was doing! Thanks
