Customer support was good. Was disappointed that the bumper paint did not match the vehicle color and had to be repainted. This delayed the delivery of the vehicle costing more on rented vehicle.

You scratched my clear coat on my hood, put that you balanced a tire on my estimate, impossible, as you told me that damage was unrelated, and left my fender clips off my car although you were paid to repair it. I hate that it seems the quality in your workmanship has gone down since the last time we repaired with your company.

I would suggest not to have dual email notifications, where the real status is not evident from those emails which caused the confusion for me to come to garage to pick up the car while it was not ready. The email said, it is ready and if there are issues they will contact. (I was not contacted and I came to pick up my car) Another issue: I have a lose wire hanging at the back (Below the bumper which was fixed) and am not sure if it should have been connected. I can bring the car back if someone can help. Otherwise, I was satisfied. Mansoor B

Having excellent work done is the basic requirement for return business and recommending services to others. The work was excellent. Having extraordinary customer service, delivering on promises and keeping the customer informed daily on status sets your company apart.
