Everyone at Bill Fogle was very friendly and professional on the phone and in person. Your facility is clean and comfortable. You guys are right here in my neighborhood. I was happy that I didn't have to do any paperwork for my insurance claim. I was impressed by the quality of the bodywork and paint. My car looks great and is very clean. The only thing that would have made it better would be to wipe off the dust from the wax. It took just a little away from the appearance at first. I had a great experience and will bring my future body work to Bill Fogle.

Bill Fogle Collision Center was the best place my car could have gone for repairs. As soon as I got there, my car was taken care. Robert **** was my estimator for the accident. I was informed on everything through out the process. Robert went above and beyond to help repair my car. He found mistakes from the previous car dealership that had done work on the car. We recently went back and got a ton of money from them because we paid for parts they did not install. I'll recommend Bill Fogle Collision and particulary this location. Thank you!

I dropped my car off on July 19th and when I picked it up on July 26th, two parts of the repair weren't done and one part was done very poorly. I was told the technicians would fix it and so I waited three more days. I called on Friday the 29th and was told the car was done but was missing a sticker from Hyundai which was supposed to arrive on Monday, August 1st. I picked up the car and then noticed later that the corner of the interior door panel was chipped. I brought it back on Monday to get the sticker and show them the door panel. I was told another door panel would be ordered and mine would be replaced. It is now August 3rd and my car is still not completely finished. I have to go back when the new door panel arrives. I will have been to Bill Fogle four times for this repair. I don't think anyone would call that a satisfactory repair experience. Cody was very nice and provided great customer service. I just wish I didn't have to spend so much unnecessary time, energy, and gas on this repair. Bill Fogle Collision should have gotten it right the first time.
