I would consider using them again because the experience was as good as I expect you can get. The people were nice. I liked the text messages. I think they washed my car before returning it. The tires were shined up. They did fail to put on the SkyActive Nameplate, but I found it in my cup holder and stuck it on myself. All and all I am happy.

I really appreciate the communication from the team. I never had to call for updates. The repairs made were excellent, the truck looks fantastic. I really appreciate the time and effort the team took in cleaning the inside of the vehicle. This shows commitment and pride. This was an added surprise. I was not only completely satisfied, Fogle exceeded my expectations. Granted it helped that the person’s who hit me insurance paid for it but Shelby and Robert made what could have been a challenging experience a good one. From renting a car to the text updates, the repair time went fast and the car looks great.

Cody was the repair rep. He did an amazing job keeping me updated and always curteous when I called. The repairs, painting, polishing and buffing were amazing and the car looked like a brand new car. Great job and I would definitely recommend Fogle to others. Great job!!!

I loved and appreciated getting texts uodates! Also, Randy was incredibly nice and so professional. He went above and beyond for us. We were updated by him that debris got caught under the clear coating, and he called to let us know they were going to fix that before getting the car back to us. I appreciated them owning the issue and resolving it easily. We would definitely come back if necessary in the future!
