This is the second time taking my car here and you didn’t disappoint. Your staff is so helpful and courteous. The waiting area is always clean and well stocked. Shelby went above and beyond and one of your techs helped me move my belongings from the rental to my vehicle. Thanks so much. Won’t take my car anywhere else

Thank you for fixing my little Honda. It looks great! I only wish I could have had more money for a complete paint job. I rubbed out the oxidation spots on the roof of the car and it looks better now. As Randy said, I can still get a cheap paint job from Maaco and make it all better but you guys did an excellent job on repairing the damage done to my car. Thank you for taking the extra steps to make sure I was happy. I am satisfied. Extra thanks to Jody and Shelby for their excellent customer service and to my body repairman and paint technician. Sorry the name escapes me...maybe James? You did excellent work and I will not hesitate to bring one of our other vehicles if ever needed again! Let's hope not anytime soon. Also thanks to Mr Golbow for recommending your shop! You all rock. Thank you? **** B

They were beyond generous, as my car was there a long time before work was approved by the insurance company. Everyone was so nice, understanding & helpful. The minor issue that wasn't fixed was not Fogle's fault. Awesome job!!

Found your shop when taking my truck to Gary’s Transmissions. I had already made preliminary plans to have caliber collision do my repair work since USAA lists them as a preferred/recommended site. After Gary’s glowing review of your Katy site I decided to change. I do not have any regrets about that. I am actually very pleased with the work and more so the customer service provided along the way. Excellent staff and very easy to talk to and never any odd runaround that others seem to give you
