The customer service I received from Yohanes ( and the Service King team, in general) was phenomenal. Yohanes went above and beyond the call of duty while helping me through the process of having my car repaired. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable but he possess a natural skill in building rapport with people. My car was intially scheduled to be turned around in 3-5 days and I was paying for my car rental out of my own pocket. I got daily text messages about the status of my car but Yohanes made sure to call me and keep me updated at all times (seeing as I was unsure about how long I had to extend my rental). My 2016 Toyota Corolla was scheduled to be fixed by March 22nd, 2019. It was done on March 20th and I couldn’t have been happier with how it looked—essentially, better than when I bought it! I loved the work so much I now have an appointment with Detail Below Retail for later this week. I know it’s not feasible but I’d absolutely recommend someone like Yohanes for a promotion, and if not that, a pay raise. He really encompassed the Service King spirit and management should be cognizant of the great work he is doing!! Thanks again!

Everything was great but they forgot to reinstall a trunk concealer panel and as a result I have to make another trip to the shop to retrieve it. Otherwise, everything was great.

I appreciated that my car was vacuumed and washed prior to my getting it back (especially since it was dirty when I brought it in). I also was glad to be able to pick up my car and return the rental car while waiting for a part to come in which is saving me some money.
