Our car was a complicated job because it involved repairs of two separate collisions with two different insurance companies since they were both no fault on our part. SK handled it well especially that repair involving GEICO.The car looks great again and all service reps were terrific.I would definitely recommend Service King in Burien, Washington.Thank you for being professional, efficient and friendly.

I was told by the secretary as I picked up car that some would go over the repair. She kept paging people. Someone who ultimately went over the car was wandering around helping others. I did not know that this was the person etc. anyway it was just stupid. I sat around for ten minutes or more to have a 40 second conversation.

The truck is fixed well, thank you. But when we had asked for the quote and pictures to be sent to the insurance company so we could get the vehicle fixed, the insurance company did not receive them for days - apparently due to an email issue on the Service King side. We spent hours trying to coordinate between the 3 companies.

Great customer service you guys did a very good job and super fast thank you.

As I told Brandon, I would remove the 2016 Chevy Cruz from your rental list especially for MVA people. The car is horrible. Brakes locked up causing anxiety for thinking every time it happened that I got hit again, dash lights just go off, to low to the grounf, hard to get in/out of when your low back hurts. And it's a Chevy all the controls are backwards.With being said though, customer service was really good. Thanks for making my car shine bright and pretty again.

I never once called or bothered you but my text messages kept saying my car was on track to be finished the 11th. On the morning of the 11th the text said the same thing and if anything changed I would be called. Car wasn't ready nobody called or sent a text. I called and then for 2 days there was nothing. I was not upset it wasn't ready, I was upset that I had not been told. Then today, I came to get my car and waited patiently in line. I was asked what kind of car while I was still waiting. Then the girl walked away and before even getting to the counter she says you owe us $250. Great. I knee that. Try a little customer service. Greeting something. After a really bad day, I wasn't up for any more ****. The first time I was try there the other lady was sweet and polite. But the lady today needs to learn politeness. I work retail so I get it. The car looks great.

Personel, and services were excellent, thumbs up.

The repair itself was well done but the communication aspect was horrible. There was An inability to give estimates on when my car would be done and then I constantly had to call to find out any information. When I did call, the front desk personnel could never give me any info and the person who could was never available. When I left messages, I never received a callback. My car was supposed to be finished last Friday, but I didn't hear anything until I called in the late afternoon at which point I was told it wouldn't be ready till Monday. When I called repeatedly on Mon I finally was told that there had been snowing error and they had to repaint and thus it wouldn't be ready for another day. Horrible communication and the texting/online repair status system gives no helpful info.

Christian is very professional and a guy, and I'm very pleased with the work.
