I brought my car in because someone had hit the back of my car. When I picked it up everything seemed good. But the first time I put it in reverse, I noticed that the back up cam was upside down and not pointed straight backwards. It was tilted up.

A previous repair you did in March hadn't been to my full satisfaction, my headlight that had been replaced was never adjusted and shines down where it doesn't do it's job. Immediately after I got my car back the Covid shutdown happened so I wasn't able to have it taken care of. I asked for it to be done when it was in and it was never done. Now I need to bring it in again.

I had my oil changed Thursday, September 10, they did not put up a new sticker on my windshield. I was given a checklist with the receipt and normally I just put it in the glove box, I looked at the second sheet that was stapled to the receipt, the checklist, and saw a red box that said oil leak that needs immediate attention, now why didn’t anybody go over that when I was there?
