The grill of my 2019 travers was to be replaced as part the the repair. But the part was not available at the time of the repair so I agreed to fix everything else that parts were available and do the grill when the part was available. I don’t know if the grill repair was made before I took possession, and no one has contacted me subsequent to my taking possession. Maybe the complete repair was made as the part became available before I took possession. Do you records indicate the grill was replaced prior to my possession?

The repair job was good. However, it was strange enough that the second row seat (driver side) was not set right. It seems that somebody was trying to move it because this vehicle is stow and go. I talked to a Manager, but no satisfactory answer was given.

A lot of miscommunication concerning the repair. Which took longer for the repair. Representative wasn't the nicest. Harsh comments implying it was my fault the repairs were not completed in a timely matter.

Ultimately I was very satisfied, but the repair wasn’t done correctly the first visit and I had to bring the car back for correction.

The work done was great but we would have appreciated periodic updates about the status of our vehicle as well as accurate information when an inquiry was made about the status. We inquired about weekly and often received different information about the end date of service.

Several more issues once returned to us, scratches around windows that were repaired. The blinker was not working upon return on the light with the damage. Back tail light still cracked. No one disused any of the damages with us during the repair, I am assuming you only spoke with insurance agent. We had to pay out of pocket to get paint job completed probably.
More concerned about keeping insurance happy than the customer.
