The people I dealt with were very nice, my only complaint is that the time frame of it being completed kept getting changed & it REALLY put me in a bind!!!!

I really appreciate the e-mails that kept me informed on a daily bases on the progress of the repairs, and if there was a problem , I was called & asked my opinion for the solution !!! Being a female I was treated with as much respect as if they were dealing withy husband!! I have two vehicles from Five Star ford , one is a 1991 ford explorer with over four hundred thousand miles on it and my husband still drives it fifty-seven miles a day! Loved the texts & constant communications. Ralph was great and he & other guys there were always pleasant & helpful.

The work done my truck was extremely disappointing. The tailgate and surrounding bed area that was damaged was not even painted. The bed side that was painted has significant trash in the paint. The door that was rattling after the wreck was not fixed. Whoever tried to finish the paint job with a buff left horrible buff streaks in the bed. There's a part missing from the rear bumper. The work was amateurish at best. I expect far more from a place such as this. I will be contacting you, Farmers, and my insurance company. My number is ***-***-****
