incompetent, disorganized, BS experts, 3 months to order parts and more parts always saying a few weeks before finished or not order until insurance company pays. Insurance company says you keep adding parts and not start until getting paid. No call backs, i always had to keep calling until happened to be in. I will never buy Jaguar again.
