When I dropped my vehicle off, I was told it would be ready the next day. The next day, I got an email saying it wouldn't be ready for three more days. On that day, I got another email saying it wouldn't be ready until the following week. I finally called in and asked why it was taking so long, didn't get an answer, but was told it would be ready later that day. It was frustrating to set up an appointment and be told it would be ready at a certain time, just to have that change three times throughout the week. I understand that sometimes things take a little longer, but it would have been nice to know why it was taking longer.

From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with how easy the process was for me. Once I submitted the claim the staff at Sandia Collision took over, answering all of my questions and putting me at ease. They kept me updated on the progress and finished the work early. They even washed my van. All repairs were completed, you can't tell there had ever been any damage. Everyone I had contact with was helpful and professional. I would overwhelmingly recommend this establishment.

Sandia Collision is the best body shop I have ever worked with. Your service was way faster than I had expected and my car became a new car after getting repair service from you! I was impressed that the mechanic was very

Everyone was really pleasant and helpful, explaining in detail everything I needed to know. The repairs were done quite quickly, and the staff worked with me to coordinate a pickup time that worked for both of us. I would definitely come back, and in fact am already in the process of getting more repairs done at Sandia Collision.

There was an obvious miss on my repairs. I understand that errors occur from time to time. This was an obvious oversight at the point of the damage and there should be no excuse for this oversight.

I picked my car later than expected because of a family trip. Late Wednesday afternoon after flying back to Albuquerque I stopped by the shop and picked up my completed car because Sandia kept it safe for me while I was gone. Thanks.
