After 6 weeks, I received my car back unfinished, another inconvenience. After Joe **** got involved, I feel more at ease with the "final" repair job being complete, correct and on time. This entire process was frustrating, but to wait so long and get my car back obviously below par is unacceptable.

I will try to put the following review on your website. Hope it will help you with future business... Our Dodge Grand Caravan was damaged in a May 2020 hailstorm while driving from Huntsville to Trinity. We contacted our Dealer and our Insurance Agent. Both recommended Danny ****’s Paint and Body Shop in Huntsville, Texas because of their excellent and guaranteed body work and our insurance’s guarantee. When we dropped off our van, it was obvious they had been slammed with damaged vehicles due to several hailstorms, a tornado in the area, and the closure of parts houses due to COVID-19. Every time I called to check on the status of the repairs, the person that I talked to was polite and went the extra mile to be helpful. While to took somewhat longer than expected for our van to be repaired, it looks as though there had never been any damaged. If we need paint or body work on our vehicles in the future, we will most definitely contact Danny ****’s Body Shop. You should too. You won’t be disappointed!

You have had my vehicle for approximately 8 weeks now. Upon each inspection to accept the work. It has been sadly subpar. I am not sure if your business is overwhelmed with work or the quality control just is not in place. But, perhaps one day I will receive my vehicle back in prime condition. Bubbles paint, scratches in new paint etc is not good business practice. They say there is a difference in outlook on having an older car vs a newer car repaired. I just wish that quality and pride would go into each and every car and not just look at the bottom line trying to maximize profits in the turnaround of vehicles in and out of your business.

If you look at my file you'll know of my disappointment with Danny ****. In the end my vehicle appears well repaired but the process was at best AWFUL. Hopefully a review of my experience will lead to some improvements.

The two windows and one mirror that were replaced were acceptable. The parts search for other items that was performed by both Danny ****'s and Germania was quite insufficient at best in my opinion. I found what I would consider the main part that was needed, the bevel around the instrument panel, after making only 2 phone calls and only paid $20 for it. The parts procurement process and sources utilized by both DB's and Germania us lacking to say the least. Additionally, I was promised that ALL broken glass would be removed from my truck interior and that detailing of vehicles at time of delivery to customer was part of your normal operating procedure. The truck still has glass in the crevices of the dash and under the seats. When I came to pick it up, it the exterior hadn't been cleaned at all including removal of adhesive from the installation of the two windows. I had been **** of using DB's for a very long period of time because it is an independent shop even though it is my understanding that it it is owned by John Certa or whoever the dealer principle is now at Team Dodge. You may or may not have good paint and body technicians for those types of repairs but I'll probably never know that. Going forward I'll continue to use franchise dealership body shops when needed. I've simply had better luck with them in the past and certainly would have had a better customer experience with a dealership shop in this scenario. Bottom line is that a poor job was done on procurement of parts and make-ready of the vehicle. Curtis L
