Although they did excellent repairs, they messed up the sensor for the drivers side door so it now doesn't automatically unlock when I'm near it.

Please, when sending the updated messages to customers about their vehicles, please make sure it says the correct date on it on when it should be done. Got my vehicle rescheduled three times, and the date on the message said it would've been done those days. If not done, please call your customers and not keep them in limbo about the status of their vehicles. Other than that, Ivan **** was the one that assisted me, I would love to give thanks to him for being patient. Also, when being transferred to the body shop, please answer the phone when you're still open. Front desk at dealership kept transferring me to body shop when I just needed to ask one question and body shop never answered phone. Pain in the **** with the transferring at the dealership.
