The overall experience was unacceptable. The whole system needs improvement from top down. Car was not completed on date given (almost **** week after). I never was called to let me know job was delayed. I finally was called by manager and team to discuss. The job was not done correctly so I had to go back. I still am pending a part that was lost and I continue to ask for status instead of customer service rep calling me and giving me updates. Every time I visit lobby there is a person upset at service (that pretty much tells the whole story). The adjuster seems overwhelmed by work. All key metrics were poor (customer service, on time delivery, and quality of service)
