I really liked the fact that you sent out emails giving the status of the repairs. I thought you team did an outstanding job putting my car back together. And the turn around time was amazing. Most places take a month or more just to pull out a dent. I would recommend Arnolds to everyone I know. I know that I will be coming back for all of my repairs, should I need them. The price was very manageable, and I probably could have paid out of pocket instead of incurring the higher premiums that I will receive at the end of the year. Arnolds seems to know how to get things done, and I am most impressed! Thank you to everyone that fixed my car, it looks wonderful.

this was the second time in **** year that i used arnolds for my repairs,always very nice,walked me thru everything they were going to do,kept me updated on the progress of the repairs,also called the rental company to let them know to come and get there car i had been driving,very thorough customer service.
