I felt the repairs took way too long. The process was not very transparent. The use of technology is fine if it actually communicates facts, I felt like there was a lack of information on day ****, no written estimate was given on time, parts, labor. After reviewing my paperwork it looks like insurance paid for repairs 4 days after I dropped of my vehicle and yet on 9/26 I was called and told parts were barely being ordered. How is it that my insurance company was paying the final bill of repairs for a car that hadn’t even had “parts approved” yet which is what I was told on 9/26. As I’ve said many times over, I get you don’t want to let business walk away but either increase your capacity for efficient turn around or let the business walk away. It’s not fair to the customers.
