The time that it took for repairs was almost twice as long as estimated. When they realized it was going to take more time, they did not contact me to let me know. I needed to cancel plans because my car was not ready on time. They also did not complete all of the repairs I requested. When I picked up my car, it was about five minutes before closing time. I told them I would pick it up between 5:00 and 5:30, and they seemed annoyed that I picked it up as they were getting ready to close. The door was already locked and I had to knock to get someone’s attention. When they brought me my car, they got out and walked away. They did not take the time to explain what they fixed. I also requested to have several areas polished, and it did not seam it had been completed, even thought I had asked at the time of my estimate and when I dropped off the vehicle. I have used Rick **** for several repairs over the last few years for my own vehicle and a work vehicle. Total repairs have added to almost $10,000, and I will not be returning.

I was quoted and went with you based on your reviews and the competitive quote. I was offered NC to fill in the paint chips on the front of the hood. I went to pick up the car and I noticed that they were not all filled in. The person gave me a bottle of paint and said he did "a lot" of them? Why did you not do all of them? It was on the quote and it was the main reason I went with your company. I definitely won't be recommending you to anyone based on your company not honoring the quote.
