I'm really happy with the work that was done. I did just want to point out that my radio presets were undone and the time on my car's clock was reset to the wrong time when I picked my car up.

Car looks great. My son is so happy.

Staff was completely knowledgeable in explaining the details of the repairs. I was given daily updates of the progress on my vehicle. The staff reminded me of items and/or valuabes that I may have left in my car. Curiosity was extended for refreshments. Friendly environment with lots of smiles (very important) One exception, as I was standing by the desk checking out a male staff was entering the door quickly that the door swung open and hit my elbow, although he apolized continuously, he swiftly re-entered the door so fast almost hitting me again. Until I felt safer to change my position standing to the middle of the room, away from the desk. I feel this piece of information is valid to perhaps move the desk to a different location or have the receptionist positioned away from the door. Thank you

Everyone was very nice and kept me unformed, especially Joe and Cliff.

Thus far, I have not had any issues with my repairs. I only wondered what happen to the car magnet that was on the car.

Appreciate the extra repair to the bumper that was damaged previously.

Michelle went above and beyond to help make my experience great. Even putting air in my tires which were all low, and had completely nothing to do with the repair but just making sure I got the best experience.
