Great job. I was most excited about how the inside of my car looked. Could not even tell I had two kids that trash it with snacks! The other thing that was great is I got to leave the rental car there. Very convenient.

I was sent an e-mail saying I would be kept updated on the progress of the car. This was a six week process and I received not one update during the entire time. The only way I found out what was going on was to call. The work was excellent but not keeping me updated on the entire car rebuild.

The shockingly high estimate (as a results of my own stupidity in driving) was delivered in a kind, professional manner. You even suggested checking to see if I had accident forgiveness on my insurance policy - which I did and which saved me 3,000.00. The work was completed in a shorter time than estimated and was completely perfect. Then, you detailed the car inside and out which was a final gift in allowing me to let go of beating myself up over my mistake which caused the damage.

I wasn't completely satisfied with my service at Fix Auto Ballard. That said, the experience was corrected by the committed staff. My vehicle looks as I'd expected, my interior was cleaned thoroughly, and I have it back. Despite some early inconveniences, I am overall satisfied with the experience.
