It shouldn't have taken that long to repair any vehicle.

I am completely satisfied with the repair/body work.
What I am not completely satisfied with is the communication on when my car would be ready. Fix Auto Ballard did a good job of keeping me informed re: when my car would be ready. However, when I took my car in for the estimate at the Metro location, I was told that the work would take between 7-10 days. My car wasn't ready for 2 weeks.

I am a bit disappointed with the link the time it took to repair my vehicle. I do understand that there is a hassle with Allstate and trying to get the OK and getting the parts fixed but the information could’ve been better relayed to me during the time of repair

First visit to a body shop ever. Staff was very professional. I called a few times for updates on my car and they were always accurate. Work was done fast. My car doesn’t even look like I had an accident. They even called hertz for me. Thank you to Georgia and Nicole for the great service. I would definitely return if I needed to!

Thanks to Nicole for spiffing up my ride and offering that I take my car back in to be cleaned even further since it wasn't cleaned to her standards (though it was cleaned to mine!) Thanks for the great communication and coordination with Enterprise as well.
