I was completely BLOWN AWAY from the service and specifically the communication from Julie while my vehicle was with Gross &Son. Obviously I was very disheartened to have been in accident, especially with how much I LOVE my Jeep. There’s always that fear that your vehicle will never be the same after being in an accident. But Julie did something that I’ve never been a part of or witness too, she’s eased my concern by introducing me to the entire team that would be working on my Jeep. To be able to meet face to face the professionals at G&S took away a lot of the stress. Then the weekly and sometimes daily communication coming from Julie really sealed all my concerns with the repair of my Jeep. I hope to never be in another accident, but for me and my family, we will take our business to G&S for life.

Everyone was so friendly and I appreciate how they all kept me informed of the progress on my car and how clean it was when I got it back. I can't even tell it was wrecked. Best experience with a body shop and insurance company ever as well as with the rental car company. Passing along the great service experience to everyone I know.

You guys were really nice and respectful. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the two young men I dealt with but they were extremely nice. The one that help me when I dropped my vehicle off, his wife has a relative that works at Penton and the one that help me when I picked my truck up, thank you both and your reception was wonderful.
