I have been to Gross and Son's 3 times since I've have my car and everytime. They have done a great job. The front desk is pleasant amd Bill is Awesome. I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else.

Roseann was great to work with. She is certainly an asset to Gross & Son. Although I only had it a day and haven't fully inspected it the work Mike did is excellent. I appreciate that their attitude is they want it to be perfect. I'm very glad AAA uses G&S.

The team was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The workmanship was done quickly and the best part is you can't even tell there was any damage to my car. It looks like they just turned back time! It is rare to experience such quality customer service in this day and age and I am very grateful that a potentially miserable experience was such a positive one.
