I met with Roseann on 9/****/18 and confirmed the front left panel will need to be redone due to a defect during the paint process. I am to call back in two weeks to have this rectified. Loaner car is to be provided while the repair is completed.

Excellent customer service. Exceptional integrity in workmanship. It has to be done right or they won't do it. Their prices are reasonable and I was kept informed of every step by text messages. It was a wonderful experience, and I would most definitely use them again.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. Everyone who I came in contact with at Gross and Son were courteous and highly professional. Although I hope that I will never need them again, I would gladly take my vehicle for repair there and I will also highly recommend them.
