My experience with Gross & son has been by far the best I have ever had, the employee's are very friendly and know what they are talking about. I recommend them to everyone who ask me, where is a good place to have my car worked on and with no hesitation i tell them Gross & son.

This was the best auto shop experience I've ever had! Everyone was so nice and friendly and kept me updated through the whole process. The work done on my car looks great. Quality of the repairs is excellent. It would have been nice to receive more frequent updates than were provided, but the bottom line was a job very well done. Very happy with Gross & Son and would use them again in the future if necessary.

All staff courteous throughout the whole process. The repair took less time than was quoted and my car was spotless inside and out when I picked it up. This is my second time hsingnGross and Son and I will definitely be back should the need arise in the future.

Julie and Allyssa was super helpful and accommodating! Everyone was. Another lady offered me something to drink and snack on as well. (Sorry I didn't catch her name. She was blonde. Very sweet) And, Terrance I think, with Enterprise did a good job too! I was very impressed with y'alls customer service and for cleaning my car!! That was very unexpected, the cleaning part. Sorry to the person who did it cause it was a mess!! But thanks again!! ????
