There was a very offensive odor left behind in my car when it was dropped off at my workplace on Tuesday, December 22, 2015. I phoned into the office to let the employees know and ask whether there were certain chemicals used and whether I can expect the stench to go away. I was not contacted again to follow up on my complaint. Additionally, the little plastic square which covers the bolt that secures the side view mirror to the car door was damaged during the repair and is no longer securely shut, rather it flops around exposing the screw. While I received good customer service from the allied in house staff, I am upset that my car was left with a very offensive odor. I suspect that the person who drove my car to for it off spilled something inside. I had requested a ride to the shop so I could drive the car home myself but this option was inconvenient for the shop so I reluctantly agreed to have my car dropped off. I wish I did not allow the staff to drive my car since I suspect the stench would have been avoided. I am yet to get a follow up.

youve got to be **** kidding me. You jerked me around for a week and a half, say the car would be ready "tomorrow", given half **** excuses. The paint STILL doesn't quite match and now the driver side window makes noise when driving over 50. Eat **** and die
