I got deliver day as Friday evening 7/8/16, then changed to Saturday 7/9 noon, and then changed again for Monday 7/11 afternoon. Rather I would be OK to be told at beginning for an accurate deliver day instead of changing schedule plan again and again.

They did a great job. The car looks brand new. I do have one comment though. I wish I would have said something or that they would have called me and asked if I wanted to change the head light that wasn't damaged. I would have paid the additional cost.

I received a phone call Tuesday afternoon telling me my car was ready for pick up and I should here back by Brannings shortly. I then called back & left a message, being it was after 5 explaining that I would need to take the day off to get the car or take a few hours off. I took the day off and called Brennings at 10:30 to be told that "oh, they're still working on a few things" should be ready by this afternoon". ??? why call me the day before and say it's ready. I then call the Geiko rep to explain my angst that I had to take a day off, which is not easy for me and my director was far from happy with me. His response "Mam, I told you I would call you when it was ready". Excuse me, first off, I do not remember that. Second, Brennings already called me and said it was ready. This entire experience was not pleasant, from getting rear ended and then having to deal with taking a day off, and it not being ready till 3pm and when I pick it up I have to reset (took many times) the tire pressure gage. It might sound small, and it is, but it was just more aggravation added. Thank you, the bumper looks fine for what I can see. Barbara W

I was satisfied with all of the work was done on my car. However, I wish that I received accurate updates on when my car would be done. I received an email saying my car would be done on Saturday at noon but you actually close at noon. I wasn't contacted on Saturday saying I would have to wait till Monday. But again, I am completely satisfied with the work that was done on my car and it looks brand new again.
