I have to say my favorite part of my experience was getting updates on my repairs via text. I like I could see the progress of my repairs. Thanks Duke Collision! The team is so friendly and welcoming! The most positive experience I have ever experienced when dealing with any type of car repair shop! The fact that they call and update throughout the whole process is awesome! And last but not least my car was returned in immaculate condition (not only from repairs) it had been vaccumed and washed! A small act making a huge statement!! You all are running a great business and I'll be sure to refer people!

From start to finish the experience and notification process was above expectation. My vehicle was cleaner on delivery than when brought in for repair. Everyone was courteous. I don't know how it could have been any better.
