We were extremely happy with the service that Southwest Body Shop provided. They repaired my bumber on my jetta Volkswagen in under a week. The staff is very friendly and welcoming when entering the shop. They even go the extra mile with washing the car and cleaning the inside as well! We will always use Southwest Body Shop for all repairs.

My family and I have used Southwest Body Shop for almost 15 yrs, we love how nice and generous the whole staff is every time you see or talk to them. Also the updating texting messages is such a help for any busy schedule. And I love that they are Christian Based!! I will recommend Southwest Body Shop, Forest Holt and Jason to all my friends.

Ongoing progress reports by text underestimated the time to completion. Recommend that some contingency be built into the time estimate to make anticipated completion be more accurate.
