When we came to pick it up nobody came out with us to look or talk about the car/repairs. We actually had to go back in to get someone after noticing parts that were supposed to be replaced weren't and the car had dirty finger prints all over the ceiling and inside plastic from pieces. We had to bring it back a second time for part replacements that were supposed to be fixed but were "missed/overlooked" when it was with you for a week.

The Toyota Tacoma looks amazing. I'm so very happy with the service. It was my husband's, who recently passed away. It gives me comfort to see it sitting in it's space in the garage.
Every person that I talked to was professional, friendly, and respectful. Who could ask for more than that?

* Two day past the day I was suppose to pick up the truck
* Had to point out things that were broken or not straight which were missed.
* Had very little discussion up front about what happened and what was going on with the truck.
* The exact hour I was suppose to pick up the truck, is when I got a call it wasn’t ready.
* No final walk through after work was done with estimator. Which was requested by me and that’s when we caught the two broken or not straight items.
