It looks great and it feels great! One slight bummer was that the tire was put back on with the white label facing in. The other 3 tires have the label facing out so it doesn't match. ( I would love for all four tires to have the label facing in). It doesn't affect drivability at all just looks a bit ghetto. :) thanks for your work!

I had TERRIFIC service at Redlands Auto Body. They were professional and nice. My car looks terrific and they got it in and out in time for the holidays. I really felt like they went the extra mile, and happily. I particularly like the text messages that kept me up to the minute on where my car was in the process of it's repair. I wish they did something else beside auto body repair, because I would use them again in a heartbeat, but really hope I don't have to. Thank you, Eric!!

Your customer service was beyond excellent! The work on my car was fabulous and looks brand new. I also loved the texts' which let me know the status of my car. What a great way of using social media to let me know you care and that my car is being taken care of in a timely manner. This type of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Also, a big thank you to Derald for personally calling and letting me know how the car was coming along as well as suggestions to other parts of the vehicle. Derald you rock!! And thank you to Cassandra for her smiling customer service. Everyone there was happy and showed a happy cohesive work place.
