Cory is amazing. He kept me informed every step of the way. He remembered me and remembered my situation and I was very thankful for his excellent customer service and great attitude. I felt like I was the only customer that the shop had even though I know there were at least 25 cars there. I am also very excited that they are clued in with the latest technology. I was able to receive text messages and emails which I love and if I was able to answer the phone iMessage was sent right away. This was a wonderful experience for me and I will deathly go back and have used Redlands autobody in the past and would use them again.
