The update that was totally inappropriate spoke of my vehicle being happy at Penske Ford....honestly whoever came up with that really needs to find another job.. It was not cute or funny..
My vehicle was hit in a parking lot... No note.. As a result I had to pay a 500.00 deductible...

Excellent repair even my license plate,fair dialogue,and communication with shop personnel.
A shuttle after drop off an even upon completion I was picked up and delivered to my Honda Ridgeline truck.
Very impressive my truck was washed and to my surprise even vacuumed!

Armando was terrific but I was very frustrated that it took 78 days for my repair. Brand new 2015 Mustang. My treat to myself after husband died and was slammed into by someone making illegal u-turn. Car was in shop for repairs longer than I had it to drive. Insurance covered costs of repair and rental car but still was frustrating experience while in such a vulnerable state after losing my husband.

Gus did an extreme job by going above and beyond in helping me get my truck done and returned to me.He was always on top of things and keeping me inform of all the steps that were going to take and were happing at the time. It was faster then last time. Last time it took 20 days to get my car back. However i think that the the shop should of known that my car was there 6 months ago. Sobit appears that they did not do their homework. I also asked about my remote to my car. I think it needs a battery. They could of at lease pointed me in the right direction ic that was not something thats they handle.
