The people are absolutely great, my only complaint is I still have bullet fragments rattling around in my trunk which was supposed to have been replaced and a bullet somewhere under the battery bank. I had asked if they could look for the bullet probably under the battery bank when I dropped off the car because I could hear it rattling around every single time I make a turn. The last request I figured would not be realized but still having fragments in the trunk, that was supposed to have been replaced, is highly disappointing every time I open or close it.

I appreciated the consistent feedback with the progress of my vehicle. I did not appreciate being told several different dates of when it would be done, making arrangements and then having to scramble when it actually was not done. In the future it would be helpful to give customers an estimate and notify them ahead of time there may be a delay depending on the needs of the repair instead of giving a specific date. I also would have liked someone from the auto shop to walk out to the car with me when I picked it up to go over how it went and what all they did to fix it. I appreciated Sarah, the receptionist, with her kindness and sense of urgency.

Fast and friendly service. I was told that my car would not be done till 4:30 on Friday. I told them that it was too late and that I would be at work. They got my car out of the shop before 2:00. I was able to pick up my car before the weekend. So I did not have to rent a car over the weekend. Thanks

Communication, friendliness and making the process easy was great. What was not great was not getting my car when promised. It wasn't going to be ready until 5pm on a Friday so I re-arranged my schedule, came in mid-afternoon to sign the paperwork and asked the keys be locked in the car. I arrived at 5:30pm and the car was locked in the shop. No one called to tell me and I was left without a car on the weekend and a new problem of how to get there on Monday morning. Not a good problem to encounter.
