The quality of the work performed is excellent. My only complaint is that it took 8 days to complete it. That seems excessively long for the minor damage to my car. Otherwise, I would like to thank Rob for his explanations of everything and thank the mechanics for their quality body work. I would also like to add that it was nice to receive my car in such clean and cared-for condition. Thank you all.

The repairs were great they did a great job but the customer services that starts with the lady at the counter was horrible and that's enough to make never want to come back . The lady was very short and rude and had no customer service skills . The first impression is key and it made me second guess if this was the right choice .

Actual repair time ended up being twice the estimate, and we never received a phone call (just emails). Incurred 15/day of optional rental car coverage that I may have not opted in for if I knew repairs would be 7 days instead of the originally estimated 2-3 days. Also did not receive a call that the car was done or ready; we called to ask and were then told it was ready.

In my opinion the receptionist is "the face" of your company. It was suggested I use your company by my insurance. I have never dealt with a car accident before so I had no idea what to expect. The first time I called I spoke to the receptionist and she was short with me, rude and was not willing to answer my questions. Every phone call and interaction I had with her after that was just as unpleasant. She acted as if I was a burden instead of being the happy, bubbly person a receptionist should be. Sam, on the other hand, was great to work with!

We had to wait a month before our jeep even got worked on, which seem too long of a wait. Originally we were told on October 31, to bring it in, in two and a half. Then when I called to check to see if we could bring in, the woman who answered the phone, coldly told me to bring it in on November 28, bringing it to a month waiting time. My jeep looks great and Rob took care of the problem with the engine light the same day I called.
