The service was great and the customer service was impressive. I was able to have the car assessed without an appointment. The rental car was ready when I dropped off my car for repairs so I didn't have to wait. I received email updates everyday although I did have to call to verify what time the repairs would be completed. My car was washed and clean at pickup which was a nice touch!
