Everyone was really professional in explaing what would be going on with taking care of the repair of my vehicle

The car is primarily driven by my father. When I drove up in the car, after it was repaired, he looked it over, inside and out. He said it was like he got a whole new car. The mini detailing job that the car was g8ven really made the car shine and my father was really impressed. He wanted to use the friend's son's garage. He was so glad he didn't. When he was at your facility it saw it was clean and well managed. Not at all like his friend's son's garage. You did charge more than that guy would have, but you are 100% better quality. It showes from the moment we first contacted you towhen my father got his car back. He was very upset and between you and our insurance this hit n run accident became a near pleasant experience.

Everything went totally smoothly and professionally. The updates were great so we always knew what was going on. And the car was ready ahead of schedule and looks fantastic!

I would like to say that my entire experience with Fix Auto was extremely pleasant! Lisa and Angelina were awesome! They were extremely friendly and professional. I can see how much they really care for their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the greatest features of Fix Auto was that they set up the car rental, gave me a discount, had them pick me up to get started and had them pick up the car from Fix Auto after my repair was completed. I also wanted to say that one of the managers, I think her name was Bernadette, went above and beyond and came out of her office to greet me. That is great Customer service! Additionally, my car looked amazing! Whoever worked on my car was extremely detail oriented! I want to thank Fix Auto for taking such good care of me and my car! I already referred Fix Auto to one of my coworkers.
