Elsa does a great job of making me feel like a customer whenever I call her or see her at the office. She's always in a good mood, and that helps a lot. It's rare nowadays to find employees that are into their jobs. This is a 3rd time I used Prestige for auto body work, and I can see myself using it in the future.

The car looks fantastic, better than new. The body is flawless with no imperfections, the paint is really smooth and the clear coat and color matches the original. My car was promised in 3 days but only took 2 and considering all the prep work needed to repair the bumper and trim it's quite and accomplishment. I'm hesitant to take my classic Mercedes-Benz for any repair but rest assured and be confident that Prestige Auto Body Express will do and amazing work. Job took about three weeks.It was a long process to have transaction cleared with Synchrony.The overall quality of work was good,the manager was responsive to questions raised, and a non-functioning window was eventually repaired.

Good price.

Few spots have black burnt marks and one spot have bubble.

Great professional good business environment

The inside of my driver door flaps out, my car was very dusty and plastic pieces of trash was inside like no one bothered to clean out! The chrome lining of my back door still has not been installed. I've been waiting since last week for it to be placed and I have not been called with any info regarding when the part will actually get there.

Elsa was wonderful and my car looked beautiful!!

The paint on the roof has some defects as well as on the hood.

I first want to thank Elsa for being so kind and invested in the outcome of my car. She was one of the main reason I chose to come to Prestiege auto body express. She treated my car as if she would drive it out herself. If she was not satisfied with the paint job then she would redo it and make sure it came out well. I say this because when she showed me the car, after it's paint, there were some dirt that made small bumps. I didn't even notice it but she was honest and made sure to have it all fixed. Sure it took a day longer but that's because Elsa truly cares about the outcome of the car. I thank all the crew who worked on my car as well. They did a fantastic job overall. I really want to thank Elsa for making my experience with prestige auto body express the best it could have been. I will reccomend and bring any future paint jobs here.
