You really need to supply this survey 6 months or a year later after to make sure things held together. Also, there was a slight disconnect between email status and actual status. Not a big deal but email said the car would be done on a Monday after 4PM unless otherwise notified. When I called on Tuesday morning just to be sure before driving there, it was actually not ready. Not a big deal, but still a disconnect.
